Value change records a new value for a property. The new old triples that are the subject of the change will be at least one and cooresponding , forming the change. Each of these will be stated by the value change.
In the case of numeric summation properties this may be used to compute a delta which may then be added to create a final value, even if other transactions have altered the prior value. Understanding of what to do in the case that a prior value does not match what is in the current graph is noted in a concurrency policy.
